Sound Healing Session

Naad Yoga session — Tibetan / Himalayan singing bowls

Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, tuning forks placed near or on your body. Frequency entrainment for deep parasympathetic state.

Does this feel familiar?

You've sat through a sound bath at a wellness retreat and noticed something happened that no other practice does. Sound goes places talking can't reach. A trained sound-healing session uses specific bowl-frequencies on or near your body for cumulative effect.

What it is, how it works

A sound healing session is 60-90 minutes. You lie on a treatment surface; the practitioner places singing bowls at specific points on your body or floor near you, plays gongs and chimes, and sometimes uses tuning forks at chakra points. The brainwave entrainment shifts you toward theta state. Many recipients report visual experiences, emotional release, or deep stillness.

This helps people who

  • Anyone with chronic stress or sleep issues
  • Pre-surgery / post-trauma recovery
  • Meditation practitioners deepening practice
  • Group settings (workplace, retreat, post-grief recovery)
