Terms of Use.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using SIYARA (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Nature of the Service

SIYARA provides Vedic astrology, numerology, and crystal-recommendation tools for educational and informational purposes. Readings are not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

3. User Conduct

You may not use the Service to scrape, reverse-engineer, resell, or automate requests in ways that circumvent our rate limits. API access is subject to separate API Terms (see below).

4. Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, and design elements are the property of SIYARA India. Birth chart output and reading text generated for you may be used personally, but may not be republished commercially without written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is.” SIYARA India is not liable for decisions made based on reading output. Planetary positions are computed using the Swiss Ephemeris and may differ from other sources by small margins.

6. API Terms

Programmatic API access is not yet publicly available. When launched, it will be governed by separate API Terms linked from this page. Attempting to use undocumented endpoints violates these Terms.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced via the site.
